Bubbly Blue

So I believe I was checking out YouTube comments when I saw one paticular comment about how the person wished there could be an MLP episode in which Pinkie Pie got a boyfriend that were just as hyper as her and they almost destroyed Ponyville together xD

After that I couldn't help wondering how he'd look, so I ended up creating Bubbly Blue in the end. He is a pegasus 'cause I figured she would meet him at a birthday at one of the Mane 6's houses, and Fluttershy seemed to be most plausible to have him as a friend, so he would be from Cloudsdale, therefore a pegasus

His cutie mark is a couple of balloons with wings, 'cause his special talent is creating exciting and uplifting events and parties for the pegasi in Cloudsdale.
